The sign-up sheet is posted in the clubhouse. Please sign-up for you and your guests. Social director will be collecting from you as names appear on the sign up sheet.
All food is purchased based on the number of people that have signed up. The price structure has been modified to reflect the “no shows” problem. The $20 refundable fee charged per member will be refunded as you submit your ticket for the barbecue.
LCYC will be our guests for dinner as well as breakfast on Sunday.
Breakfast for LCYC guests is included with their beef dinner
HYC members can sign up for breakfast and cost is $5.00 per person
There are still volunteer spots to fill – sign up for your task – get your hours in & have fun at the same time.

The selected anchorage will be posted on the blackboard outside the washroom Saturday morning based on forecasted wind direction.
We hope to use one of two anchorages in McPhee Bay, which are “Stop Sign” or “Big House.” Duclos Point anchorage is also possible.
Raft up at anchorage: 3pm approx. or any time!
Bring: Hors d’oeuvres or drinks to share.
We normally break off and anchor for dinner / overnight.
